Looking for a simple way to spruce up your Christmas lights? Here's a little tutorial to make these scalloped lights.

1. Cut strips about an inch and a half wide. You can either cut the scallops right away, or cut them straight and then cut the scallops.

You'll need:

  • Hot glue gun & sticks
  • About 10 sheets of felt
  • String of lights (50 count)
  • Fabric scissors

I found the lights at Target and the felt sheets at Michaels for 39 cents :)

Happy Crafting!
